児童の安全に関する基準

方針

Purattoku Studio（以下「当方」）は、児童の性的虐待および搾取（CSAE: Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation）を一切容認しません。本アプリ「ぷらっとく」では、児童の性的虐待に関するコンテンツ（CSAM: Child Sexual Abuse Material）の作成・共有・拡散を固く禁止しています。

1. 年齢制限

本アプリは18歳以上の方のみを対象としています。18歳未満の方のご利用は利用規約で禁止しており、判明した場合はアカウントを削除します。

2. 禁止事項

児童の性的虐待コンテンツ（CSAM）の投稿・共有・要求
未成年者に対する性的な勧誘・グルーミング
児童を性的に描写・搾取するあらゆる行為

これらの行為を行ったユーザーは、即時にアカウントを停止・削除します。

3. 報告とモデレーション

ユーザーは、アプリ内の通報機能およびブロック機能を通じて、児童の安全に関する懸念や不適切なコンテンツ・ユーザーをいつでも報告できます。当方は通報を確認し、迅速に対応します。また、NGワードによる自動フィルタリングを実施しています。

4. 法令遵守と当局への報告

当方は児童の安全に関連するすべての適用法令を遵守します。CSAM を確認した場合は、関連する法執行機関および該当する報告機関（日本国内の警察、ならびに必要に応じて国際機関）へ報告します。

Our Commitment

Purattoku Studio ("we") has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). The creation, sharing, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited on our app "Purattoku".

1. Age Restriction

This app is intended only for users aged 18 and over. Use by minors is prohibited by our Terms of Service, and any such accounts will be removed.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Posting, sharing, or requesting CSAM
Sexual solicitation or grooming of minors
Any act that sexually depicts or exploits children

Accounts engaging in such conduct are immediately suspended and removed.

3. Reporting and Moderation

Users can report child-safety concerns and inappropriate content or users at any time via the in-app report and block features. We review reports and respond promptly, and we apply automated keyword filtering.

4. Legal Compliance and Reporting to Authorities

We comply with all applicable child-safety laws. When CSAM is identified, we report it to relevant law enforcement and reporting bodies, including authorities in Japan and international organizations as appropriate.
